So i love espresso but alot of the times its to hot to drink for me but i dont want the shot to die was wondering if theres anything i could do or just suck it up and my tongue will get used to it?

Some places pull shots into chilled cups. Or you can pull your shot into a cup with a larger surface area (cappuccino cup maybe).
the shot won’t die if you leave it to cool, the coffee can often develop and sweeten, so no need to really have the concerns you have.
