I have a problem with our new GS3 because the water doesn’t goes up going to the water tank and no water is coming out from the group head,do i need adjust something from the inside of the machine?

is there adequate pressure of water feeding into the machine. Should say in the manual what bar pressure you need, or you’ll need a small external pump.
