There are SO MANY bag companies out there with lots of options. One of the cheapest you can find is the simple kraft side gusset bags with a tin-tie. Something like this ends up being about $0.08/ bag. Can’t get much cheaper!
That being said you should consider both the usage (will the coffee be stored a long time? if so go with an air tight bag), the user experience and the aesthetics.
