Hi everyone!
Can you claim selling specialty coffee if you don’t sell single origins? I mean, I get that if the beans used have no defects and fit the quality chart, in theory there’s nothing against it, but isn’t half the point of specialty coffee the origin, the terroir, the people behind it? What do you think?
