Hey Folks,
At BH we’re doing a little research into the history of latte art. What we want to know is, do you know of any important moments in history that should be part of the offical timeline. e.g. who invented the swan? when was the first steam wand put on a machine? (that one is of particular importance to us actually), when was the first instance of milk and coffee getting together? (citations needed) Thanks in advance for any contributions.
