Green Coffee Quality Control


We’re trying to implement better quality control checks at our roastery, one being measuring green coffee moisture. I have a couple of questions i’d like to ask the BH community before the forum goes!

  1. What’s the best value moisture device available (in the UK)?

  2. What green coffee control measures do you have in place at your respective roasteries?
