Looking to buy/build a temperature controlled green coffee storage unit for green coffee immediately pre roast. ie regardless of time of year, the temperature controlled unit will hold enough for say 3 days of roasting (assuming take 2-3 days to bring temp to desired temp) ie take out the variable of green coffee bean temp pre-roast. I don’t envisage this being a huge storage unit (enough for say 15-20 grain pro bags). Does such a thing exist or has anyone built such a thing Macgivor style? Thanks in advance.
