Firstly, Compare what kind of coffee shop you want to open. Then, find the best location for your coffee shop. Also, the interior of the coffee shop matters.
Choose the best quality coffee beans.
Also, I would recommend you choose the location where the parking area is available because it matters a lot to the customers.
