I’ve been reading about “water recipes” and other concepts. I haven’t really thought about my water too much. I’m in a good sized city, my water quality seems good, the water tastes fine, but should I be testing or tweaking the water? Is this a rabbit hole that is even worth going down if the machines are working properly and the coffee tastes (to me) OK?
I just ordered a test kit for about $6 from eBay just to be sure but I am trying to pin down variables to make better coffee
