Moccamaster for high-end Cafe?

Hey all! Long time lurker, first time poster. I’ve been scouring the interwebs for information regarding using the Technivorm Moccamaster in a commercial setting, but there doesn’t seem to be a lot out here.

I’ve seen that some high-end shops, particularly in the Melbourne area, are using Moccamasters for their batch brew. I was wondering if anyone had any experience using one of these in a commercial setting, and how they compare with something like a 2L bunn/curtis/fetco.

The reason I’m bothering to ask at all is because I view the Moccamaster as operating on a level approaching witchcraft. Some of the best drip coffee I’ve had has been from a moccamaster, and I feel like even mediocre coffees are smooth, sweet, and incredibly drinkable from them. If I can get the same thing from a good fetco, great, but unfortunately I’m not in a position to test them side by side before making a purchase, so any input would be hugely helpful. Thanks all!
