hi guys, a friend of mine is planning to open a coffee shop in southern China and she wants to check melbourne local market for good coffee machine as she wants an authentic taste of good melbourne coffee. The machine needs to be fully automatic and preferably popular in Melbourne market. Someone suggested Thermoplan black and white 3. so I will use that as a baseline for comparison. what do you guys think?
Also any recommendation for a good blender used in cafe?
I’ve had great experiences with Blendtec blenders. Not sure about availability in China.
Does the espresso machine have to be fully automatic? I am in the US but if I understand the Melbourne coffee scene at all, I think you are going to want to focus on the craft of making coffee (read: manual machine & high quality separate grinder) if you want to capture that vibe.
