Negative values on scales from a La Marzocco Linea Pb

Hello! Our café recently got a brand new La Marzocco Linea Pb 3 group machine. Pretty early on into its use, the scale underneath the third group started to read negative values while in use. We programmed it to mass mode, so the third group never reaches its target weight. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Scale has already been recalibrated, and I’ve ensured its dry too.

We have had the same issue in our cafe with a bpx double group on the left hand side ( new machine )

Negative readings on single and double shot, it only happens randomly

Did you get your machine repaired ?

Have you heard from any other cafe owners about these issues ?
