Panama Chiriqui Beans

i recently bought the panama chiriqui beans, caramel & citrus taste notes, medium roasted and fully washed. I did the manual brewing method on V60 with a locked in dose of 20 grams, and at a 1:14 ratio. Somehow I feel unsatisfied with the end result. Can i please have your thoughts precisely on what you think I may have done wrong, whether it be the amount of water that i was putting in or the wrong ratio?

How long did the brew take?

Grind particle size? The dose does seem a bit off from the usual 16 to 1… a bit on the over side of things.
