Any word on an updated Scace?
I used to use a Scace daily at the specialty coffee roaster i worked for. I am in the process of starting my own espresso tech company and wondered if anyone has heard anything about a possible update to the Scace 2. Of course, I need a Scace and a refractometer but hate to sink $600USD on a Scace 2 if an update is coming soon. The last time the Scace was updated I think was 2008. Yes, the group heads on La Marzoccos, Synesso and Slayer haven’t changed but thought maybe the gauges or the thermocouples may be updated to a latest and greatest.
