What price will you pay for high end coffee?

I’m looking to get a rough ballpark figure on what cafes are willing to pay for high end 85+ rated coffee /kg.

Hey we’re a small multi-roaster that focuses on boutique roasters. We usually top out at $13-14/lb so that’s $30 USD per kg wholesale. And we usually only go up to that for coffees that a really wonderful. We really look for stuff closer to $10-11/lb or $22 USD/kg for coffees that are closer to an 85.
