With the arrival of Lyn Weber EG-1 coming real soon and the option of grinding at different speed become more accessible, I am wondering if anyone has played around with this idea?
Obviously, grinding at different speed will (Or will it not?) affect temperature, accuracy and workflow. Is it worth playing around with that many variables?
