I’m planning on purchasing a Hario Woodneck as I can’t seem to stop trying new Pour over methods. I’ve been using Pergers V60 method with great results and didn’t know if I can translate his method over to the woodneck … I really would love any type of feedback/tips in using this method in general as well 
The only real difference is the flow rate. If you find the flow rate is slower than your V60 then it’s likely to extract less quickly so don’t worry too much about brewing time. Just brew with the same method as your V60, taste it, and change your grind to compensate.
