I am setting up a business in Lombok Indonesia and need some help as I have zero coffee/barista experience.
We are opening a food take away shop and we have a big terrace area where we want to build a bar to serve coffee from. We are forecasting to sell about 20 coffees a day max. The thing is, we don’t have running water where the bar is going to be. Can anyone advise on how to set this up, what’s required and what kind of machine would you advise us to get? I see a lot of mobile coffee operations so I know it’s possible, just don’t know where to start.
