Hello everyone. I work as a barista in a cafe. Recently we changed our shower screens to Pesado quart coated. The water flow improved a lot but the ground coffee get dirty quickly inside of slayer espresso, I used the o-ring on screws to prevent water leaking from the screws. But it seems the dirt generated by sucking from the edge of the shower screens when stopped the shots just guessing. And we cleaned the shower screens every one to two hours depending how busy we aare and how’s the shots looks like.
Should I stop using the products since I’m worried the dirt will get into the boiler and containment the water?
