I own a coffee shop and I’m wondering if anyone has any advice regarding scheduling your baristas. Our hours of operation are typically from 8-6 with about an hour to open and an hour to close. I’d like to have two baristas on at all times because it can get quite busy, but it is hard to make sure there is an opportunity for everyone to get an adequate break. Let me know if you have any advice on how to schedule this!
