After 5 years servicing espresso machines ive decided to try my hand at opening a mobile trailer, we have about 170000 people a year come through on cruise ships and our bylaws have changed with the influx of foodtrucks so that i could park literally across the street from the docks.
I have started working on a 6x12 enclosed trailer and im looking for suggestions on my floor plan that i have drawn up. im trying to maximize the space and still make room for two people to work without tripping over each other.
