Our shop is looking at upgrading our main espresso grinder and we are looking at these three mostly. Anyone have any suggestions? I hope I’m not rehashing an old post that I missed. I am open to other grinder suggestions also. We want big flat burrs, decent size motor and no dosers. We go through about 5-6 pounds of espresso within a 7 hour period. Any direction or thoughts will be highly appreciated. Our Roaster and Barista staff are pretty divided. Thanks!
