I am wondering if there is anybody who could tell me more about how many kgs I can grind (pretty fine, espresso) continiously on an EK43 before grinding burrs get too hot. Am interested to hear also how long I should let the EK43 cool down afterwards before I can start grinding again.
You can use this grinder up to 40 min.

It’s lasted a few months with no big problems but definitely voids the warranty!
