I keep my EK43 burrs aligned using the dry-erase marker and foil shim method, and use them for filter and espresso. My shop has become busy enough that I’ve gotten a Peak for workflow considerations. Are there any video tutorials re alignment? I think I’d be able to figure it out on my own but looking for guidance if available. Thanks!
