Hey guys! I am the new Maintenance tech for our roastery and cafes in Spokane WA.
Recently I replaced the burrs in all 3 of our Mahlkonig Peak griders at 3 of our shops.
Mahlkonig sent us new (unseasoned) burrs for each.
The issue I’m having is that after breaking in the grinders and even switching coffees and constantly adjusting…
It is super messy, it now has a static issue, and honestly was better off leaving the old burrs in.
I’ve double checked alignment, static gates, temp, screw tension, etc.
Any of you had similar problems when installing new burrs or have any advice?
