Mahlkonig Peak stop grinding

I got I mahlkonig Peak and it just stop grinding, the timer come down but nothing happen with the burrs have you guys seen something like this?

I’ve seen one get completely clogged from too fine of a grind. Try cleaning it out and make sure the grind isn’t too fine.
