Looking to start a small cafe in the near future.
I’m assuming an average of 200 cups or more per day.
Not too sure if there is a need to invest in something as expensive as the Mythos or Peak?
Open to all sorts of suggestions for On-demand grinders.
In consideration:
1.) NS Mythos
2.) Mahlkonig Peak
3.) Mahlkonig K30
4.) Anfim SPII
5.) Mazzer Robur
6.) Mazzer Major
7.) Compak K10
For a small cafe, you could go with the NS Mythos or Mazzer Major. The NS Mythos will last forever and performance is great. The Mazzer major will work just as well and is a thousand bucks cheaper. Really depends on your budget too.
