Are their any concerns with single dosing the Mahlkonig Peak grinder? Dosing adjustments aside, more importantly would the changing bean flow rate and popcorning change the particle size distribution of the grind?
Also does anyone have the particle distribution graphs for the Peak and how it compares to the Ek43?
It’s really not built for single dosing. Too much grind retention to do it without a lot of waste.
If you don’t already have one, better off getting a Monolith Flat or an EG-1 (Or the new EKish grinder Titus is working on when it’s out, possibly).
If you do already have one, you might be able to make the most of it by forcing air in to push grounds out with something like a Rocket Blower.
